Good budget hotel with some consideration. Located in a few hundreds meter from metro station. Be aware in the night, in some spot there are few men trying to sell cigarettes, etc.

Da NON ripetere

Vicinanza alla metro ok. La zona è brutta. Non consiglio di uscire da soli la sera. Le camere sono molto piccole e non molto pulite. Ci hanno fornito 2 teli bagno per 3 notti. Le lenzuola senza angoli si toglievano durante la notte e restavano a contatto diretto col materasso. Non ci sono distributori d'acqua gratuita, o almeno.. hanno un contenitore con dell' acqua vicino la reception visibilmente poco pulito... Nulla a che vedere con B&B hotel di Barcellona dove ci siamo trovati veramente molto molto bene. Esperienza da non ripetere assolutamente

Bon séjour

On a séjourné à l'hôtel pendant une semaine en fin janvier et c’était tellement agréable que je recommande à tout le monde .La chambre ainsi que la sale de bain sont propres (j’avais des doutes mais dès que j’ai vérifié les matelas et tout , tout est nickel ), la chambre est étroite mais on est à Paris donc !! .Le personnel est gentil et serviable et on n’a eu aucun mauvais incident.L’emplacement est bon proche du transport (metro ligne 7 -bus …) ainsi que de l’aéroport CDG (20 mins en voiture ) , Aldi (3mins à pied ) , action et autres (18 mins à pied ou par bus ) il faut juste faire attention aux environs des quatres chemins la nuit mais c’est pas horrible (les pickpockets ) . Le petit-déjeuner on a pas pris donc aucune idée ,sinon y a pleins de boulangeries et artisans notamment halal autour de l'hôtel donc pas de soucis .

Mala experiencia

Nosotros procedemos de España y la estancia eran siete días. En nuetra habitación el aire no tenía rejilla, era un agujero en la pared, abierto a todo el conducto de ventilación. Ninguno de estos días limpiaron la habitación, por tanto, tampoco nos cambiaron las toallas. El miércoles fuimos a pedir nuevas toallas, nos dijeron que dejaramos las toallas en el suelo que al día siguiente harían las habitaciones; nunca las hicieron, al final acabamos acumulando todas las toallas húmedas en una esquina de la habitación. Además, al no realizar la limpieza de la habitación, no teníamos más papel higienico y la basura del baño estaba llena. Esta situación fue todavía más desagradable porque no nuestro francés no eran tan fluido, los recepcionistas nos hablablan demasiado rápido, no hacían ningún esfuerzo por entendernos y a las pocas frases nos decían que nos fueramos a la habitación y que al día siguiente harían la limpieza o que sería el check out (sin ser verdad). Unos bordes. Super mala experiencia, me he hospedado en varios byb y nunca he tenido problemas, pero en este ha sido una mala estancia.

Nos gustaría aclarar un punto importante: su reserva fue realizada con la opción sin servicio de limpieza durante la estancia, de acuerdo con la tarifa seleccionada en el momento de la reserva. Por este motivo, no estaba prevista la limpieza diaria de la habitación ni el cambio automático de toallas o reposición de productos, salvo solicitud expresa en recepción. En cualquier momento, nuestros huéspedes pueden solicitar toallas limpias, papel higiénico o vaciado de papeleras en la recepción, abierta las 24 horas. Lamentamos la confusión ocurrida tras su solicitud de toallas y entendemos que la situación haya resultado incómoda. Este punto ha sido transmitido al equipo para evitar malentendidos similares en el futuro. En cuanto a la ventilación, tomamos nota de su observación y hemos informado al servicio técnico para su revisión. También sentimos que la comunicación con nuestro personal no haya sido satisfactoria. Nuestro equipo atiende a una clientela internacional y siempre intenta adaptarse al idioma del huésped; lamentamos si en su caso no se sintieron escuchados o comprendidos, ya que no refleja el trato que deseamos ofrecer.
