Nice enough hotel. BEWARE of the stench. ![trustyou]()
We had a mixed experience at B&B Hotel Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio. The hotel itself is nice enough, with a good location and a clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, the smell in our room was unfortunately quite bad and hard to ignore. If you’re sensitive to odors, this is something to seriously consider, as it impacted our comfort enough that we didn’t end up staying there for our entire planned time. Overall, while there are some positives—especially the staff and general accommodations—the issue with the smell made it difficult for us to fully enjoy our stay.

almost perfect!
I was extremely happy with my stay in this hotel... would recommend that sachets of long-life milk be made available in bedrooms and the lounge for those having tea... that the freshness of bread be checked each morning - sometimes the bread was stale. otherwise the breakfsat was super!

Ottima esperienza, come le altre volte se,tranne che nella notte è scattato allarme incendio Il portiere di notte parlava poco italiano e non si faceva capire sull accaduto

Great location with excellent rooms and breakfast ![trustyou]()
The overall experience was very positive with friendly staff, good room and excellent breakfast. HOWEVER there was a discrepancy between the booking process amount and the emailed bill/payment. The booking clearly indicated city tax was INCLUDED in the total amount but the bill and the payment ADDED this amount to the total. I brought this to the attention of the desk staff but nobody got back to me. I didn't allow this niggle to interfere with my enjoyment of the hotel!

modern, edgy, fun, very central
Piazza Garibaldi is not elegant, but it's fun, very convenient and central. The B&B staff is, as always, very kind and efficient. The hotel is clean, the WiFi fast and easy to use.

Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé
Établissement parfait pour un séjour à Florence. Personnel agréable, propreté des communs et des chambres, très belle vue de la salle du petit déjeuner. Nous recommanderons cet établissement.
