I stayed for 1 night in Graz. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I am not a German speaker so having someone that knew English was great. The check in process was quick and I was able to get to my room right away. Not having keycards made it very simple and easy to get back into the room.

Ich war schon dreimal bei euch und immer sehr zufrieden. Dem Personal beim Empfang muss ich mein besonderes Lob aussprechen. Immer nett und freundlich. Man fühlt sich als Gast bei euch willkommen!
