Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Good stay but disappointed with breakfast

As always; a great stay in a clean hotel with no frills but all at a reasonable price; except for one morning when the kitchen staff couldn't be bothered to refill the breakfast containers when they were empty. Despite being asked by many guests the kitchen staff refused to cook any more eggs for the guests who had all paid for them. This felt like disappointing laziness by the kitchen staff.
