What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Très bon séjour et super accueil de la personne à l'accueil qui était très agréable. Néanmoins, retard au petit déjeuner qui n'a ouvert qu'à 07h, nous contraignant à modifier notre début de journée. De plus, toujours pas de facture sur mon application et impossible de joindre qui que ce soit à l'hôtel, la communication est coupée en permanence...

Je n ai pas pu entrer dans ma chambre parce que je n ai jamais reçu le mail de confirmation ni le code de la chambre ! Il n y avait personne sur place et l’accueil était fermé lorsque je suis arrivé. J ai donc été contraint de prendre une chambre dans l hôtel le plus proche !! Le numéro payant d’assistance n a jamais abouti….ma nuit a été prélevée ainsi que le petit déjeuner alors que je n’était pas sur place !! Depuis j essaye en vain de joindre quelqu’un sur place . J ai appelé 12 fois aujourd’hui sans réponse !!!!!!
