Gostaria de deixar registrado um elogio especial à camareira Maria. Sou hóspede do quarto 1001 e faço questão de dizer que somente fico realmente satisfeito com a arrumação quando é ela quem realiza o serviço. Infelizmente, nas demais ocasiões, percebo que a limpeza é feita de forma muito superficial, sem o cuidado necessário. Com a Maria, a diferença é nítida: o quarto fica verdadeiramente limpo, organizado e bem cuidado. Por esse motivo, faço questão de elogiá-la todos os dias, pois é a única que demonstra zelo, comprometimento e profissionalismo no que faz. Acredito sinceramente que a Maria merece ser reconhecida para algo maior, pois profissionais como ela fazem toda a diferença no hotel. Se possível, solicito que somente ela realize a arrumação do meu quarto, pois é a única em quem confio plenamente o serviço
