Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Erfahrungsbericht als Stammgast: Aktuelle Situation im Zimmer 228 und im Außenbereich.

Als langjährige Stammgäste (+8 Aufenthalte kombiniert) möchten wir ein sachliches Feedback zur aktuellen Situation vor Ort geben, da sich einige Abläufe verändert haben. Anreise & Außenbereich: Die Erreichbarkeit des Hotels zum Be- und Entladen ist derzeit durch eine Kette im Zufahrtsbereich eingeschränkt. Dies beeinflusst nicht nur die Logistik beim Check-in, sondern betrifft auch die Zugänglichkeit der Treppenstufen im Sinne der Wegeführung. Wir haben die Situation, in der Gäste über die Absperrung steigen müssen, für unsere interne Dokumentation festgehalten. Das Personal verwies uns auf den Bürgersteig, öffentliche Parkflächen oder das entfernte Parkhaus, da hoteleigene Zonen nicht zur Verfügung standen. Zimmerzustand 228: Im Zimmer 228 (2. OG) fielen uns Details auf, die einer technischen Überprüfung bedürfen: Die Heizungs- und Klimasteuerung zeigte keine messbare Funktion. Die Belüftung im Sanitärbereich sowie die Fixierung der Sanitärelemente (Toilettensitz) sollten instandgesetzt werden. In der Dusche ist eine professionelle Aufarbeitung der Fugenbereiche (Hygienestatus) notwendig. Die Fenstersicherung sollte im Hinblick auf den vollständigen Öffnungswinkel im 2. Stock geprüft werden. Fazit: Wir haben zu allen genannten Punkten detailliertes Bild- und Videomaterial erstellt und dieses dem Management bereits intern zur Verfügung gestellt (bzw. halten es für eine direkte Kontaktaufnahme bereit). Wir schätzen die Marke B&B sehr, sehen aber am Standort Reims Centre Gare derzeit Klärungsbedarf bei der Service-Attitüde und den Sicherheitsstandards. Wir freuen uns auf eine professionelle Rückmeldung der Hotelleitung.
