Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Client depuis des années, résultats toujours des problemes . Je suis en fauteuil roulant et je vous recommande a personnes. Plus de trois ans de galère en espérant que le fait que je sois cliente change quelque chose "mais non rien".

Cliente depuis des années,en fauteuil roulant , je ne peux pas rentrer sur le parking à 11h30 , car aucun numéro de téléphone ne répond, ni l hôtel qui soit disant et a notre services, j' ai dû me débrouiller pour accéder à ma chambre car personnes n' était disponible pour pour ouvrir ce "....." de portail qui ne s'ouvrait pas.😡.
