Falha na limpeza que só ficou resolvido no dia seguinte

Na nossa chegada fomos surpreendidos pela falta de limpeza do quarto com pelos e cabelos por todo o lado no Wc zona de duche, azulejos, lavatório e chão o qual levou a um desagrado gigante e nojo do quarto pedimos para mudar mas não foi possível dada a configuração do quarto só no dia seguinte foi feita uma limpeza profunda não é admissível apresentarem um quarto nessas condições. O AC completamente imundo por dentro é uma questão de saúde para os clientes. A gestão do hotel deveria ser chamada à atenção. Foi a primeira vez que aconteceu já estive noutras alturas no hotel e nunca aconteceu. Por isso ter voltado.
