Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Très Mauvais expérience

Très déçue,j avais réservé car on y a séjourné à Marseille l hôtel était top ,mais alors la plus jamais.sale,bruyant,à minuit des hommes à parler devant la porte ,à 4h du matin on entendait les messages du voisin …..portail cassé ,il faudrait retirer sur le site insonorité car c est une vrai catastrophe . On devrait avoir un remboursement pour ,trop déçue.on venait pour des concours la nuit à tellement été horrible .
