What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hôtel très bruyant

Hôtel envahi de touriste étranges , ( origine ispanique et personne foncées ) énormément de bruits jour/ nuit qui empêche littéralement le repos des gens qui travaillent !!!! À notre arrivée , l’hôtelier s’est embrouillé avec un client éspangnôl car crier vraiment fort , il ne s’est même pas excuser lorsque nous sommes avancer pour confirmer notre départ pour le lendemain. Même l’agent de sécurité présent ne sert à rien , il n’y avait aucunes sécurité à 6h du matin lorsque nous partions pour le travail. Personne n’est là pour votre sécurité. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Hotel was fine for the price you pay. The woman next to us was woken up in the middle of the night to pay her dog fees. This woke up the whole hotel, plus it must have felt super unsafe for her (a woman travelling alone) being knocked on your door in the middle of the night.
