What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Nice, friendly, effective staff. All has been considered for your stay so that you have all your standard needs addressed Not a grand hotel. Space is limited. Taxi station at the door of the hotel. Hospital entry is across the street

Bien être, satisfaction. Inconnu pour nous, découverte par l'intermédiaire de nos enfants qui ont fait la réservation. Motif du séjour : santé, hospitalisation à La Timone. La proximité nous a rassurés. L'empathie dégagée nous a mis en confiance.

R.V. programmé en neurochirurgie à La Timone pour Gamma Knife du 25 au 27 mars 2026. Hôtel recommandé par nos enfants qui connaissent et sont satisfaits de B and B lors de leurs voyages. Ils ont procédé à notre réservation. Déjà nous avons apprécié la "proximité" de l'établissement avec une unité de soins La Timone, pour des personnes et familles qui viennent de départements éloignés. Nous venions de Dordogne dans le Périgord. Outre les tracasseries de santé, "l'accès et la proximité" sont appréciables. Ensuite "l'accueil". Séjour et petit déjeuner inclus. Nous n'avons pu prendre celui du départ car il se situe entre 6h et 10h du matin. Et notre taxi devait nous prendre pour l'aéroport à 4h30 du matin. Il nous a été préparé une petite collation viennoiseries, compotes, yaourts". Le personnel, tant à l'accueil, qu'à la réception, le personnel d'entretien et le personnel préparant les petits déjeuners, sont d'un professionnalisme et discrétion. Personnel serviable qui m'ont imprimé mes billets d'avion reçus sur mon téléphone et facture délivrée sur demande. Ils acceptent les chèques vacances. Pour une première expérience et dans de telles conditions, nous avons été apaisés et tranquillisés. Je recommande B and B aussi pour les tarifs proposés, rapport qualité/prix petit déjeuner inclus. Par contre, je n'avais pas pris connaissance de l'accessibilité au WIFI de l'hôtel, d'où mon accès limité. Mais la fatigue étant présente, j'ai omis de la solliciter. Je renouvelle mes remerciements à l'attention de tout le personnel du B and B 1-3 chemin de l'Armée d'Afrique 13005 MARSEILLE.
