Krakow - The Most Beautiful Old Town

It's worth choosing accommodation in a hotel located right in the center to fully enjoy your trip. It's great to be able to go straight to the Krakow Main Market Square after waking up and enjoying a delicious breakfast, where you can see St. Mary's Basilica. This sacred building is associated with a legend about two brothers, masons, who built towers of different heights. Another legend concerns the hejnał (bugle call), which sounds over the Old Town every hour and has become a symbol of the city.

Close to the Krakow Market Square is the famous Wawel Royal Castle. Below it, you'll find the Dragon's Den and, of course, the fire-breathing Wawel Dragon! During your visit, don't miss Wawel Cathedral, where Polish kings and rulers, bishops, and many distinguished Poles are buried. This is also where you can see the Sigismund Bell.

Next, it's worth taking a stroll along the Vistula River, where the annual Dragon Parade takes place every June. Not far from the hotel is the Manggha Museum, where you can admire permanent and temporary exhibitions dedicated to Japanese culture. Within the museum, you can enjoy a Japanese meal at the cozy Cafe Manggha, which has an excellent reputation.

Exploring Krakow
