Accoglienza ottima, costo troppo elevato per la struttura e il servizio offerto

La struttura necessita di una severa revisione, nonostante il prezzo elevato in camera erano presenti servizi non funzionanti (lampada non funzionante, ingresso senza luci, riscaldamento che ha necessitato di intervento da parte della reception per poter raggiungere una temperatura accettabile). I servizi igienici erano adeguatamente puliti, ma abbiamo trovato sapone mancante, parete scrostata e asse water instabile. L'assistenza del personale invece è ottima, qualsiasi richiesta è stata prontamente soddisfatta.

Génial !

Un séjour de 2 nuits en chambre 608, c’était génial ! Nous remercions chaleureusement tout le personnel pour son hospitalité et sa bonne humeur 🙂 Nous n’avons malheureusement pas les prénoms de toute l’équipe, mais un grand merci à Christine et Roberta (à la réception) qui nous ont réservé un accueil au top et ont su répondre à toutes nos questions sur la ville. Si nous repassons à Imperia, nous reviendrons sans hésiter dormir ici !
