The train station is 600m away from the hotel, making it as easily accessible as the university, which is 500m away. The market square with the famous Gänseliesel is about 1 km away from the hotel.

Frühstück war super. Schöne Auswahl und sogar leckerer frischer Obstsalat. Eine klare Empfehlung es dazu zu buchen. Check-in am Terminal hat nicht geklappt, aber sehr netter Mitarbeiter hat es dann an seinem Rechner erledigt. Zimmer funktionell und stylisch eingerichtet. Badezimmerboden leider nicht so sauber wie man es sich wünscht, aber das ist der einzigste Kritikpunkt. Zimmer war sauber. Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück sehr nett.

Einfache, ruhige Übernachtung

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Zimmer sauber, es war ruhig, aber im Winter war die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer leider extrem niedrig, weswegen ich über die Nächte Husten bekommen habe. Außerdem waren beim Frühstück die Obstsachen nicht mehr so frisch.

Directions to Hotel Göttingen City

From the A7: Exit 72-Göttingen-Nord towards Göttingen-Nord/Bovenden/Duderstadt, take the right lane to the B3 exit in the direction of Göttingen-Lutteranger/Northeim, continue on B3, turn right onto Im Rinschenrott, continue straight on Maschmühlenweg, turn left at Hildebrandstraße - the hotel is on the right after 240 m.

Alternatively A7 from the south: Take exit 73-Göttingen, turn right towards Göttingen-Rosdorf on B3/Kasseler Landstraße, then left onto Bahnhofsallee, right onto Maschmühlenweg - the hotel is on the right. 

Bus/Train: from Göttingen main station about 750 m walk, or regional bus 185 towards Ebergötzen to Platz der Göttinger Sieben (University), 350 m walk to the hotel.
