Be it a shopping trip through Frankfurt City, a visit to an event such as the annual festival on the Museumsufer or a hike up the Feldberg in the Taunus. Due to the central location of the B&B Hotel Frankfurt-Hbf near the main train station, regions in and around the metropolis can be easily reached.

Location

The main train station is about 350m away and can be reached in about 5 minutes by foot, the Frankfurt Messe trade fair is 700m away, about a 10-minute walk. B&B Hotel Frankfurt-Hbf is right beside the ‘Platz der Republik’ tram stop. From here you can reach Frankfurt’s inner city (Hauptwache square) in just 11 minutes by public transport. Here you will find numerous sights, such as the Römer, the Mainufer or the Goethe House and also one or the other restaurant. There are reasonably priced public parking spaces available nearby.

We overnighted here in January on our way to Asia and again in March on our way back. As mentioned in my previous January review , B&B is perfectly located near Fra. Hbf and just four train stops away from the airport . Apart from its location the hotel is perfect for a stay. Small but ample room , spotlessly clean, pleasant staff, quiet and and and......

Kassel/Basel A5: From Westkreuz Frankfurt (exit 19) continue on the A648 direction Stadtmitte. Continue along Theodor-Heuss-Allee (B44/B8). Turn right onto Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage (B44). Turn right again onto Mainzer Landstraße.

Directions with public transport: The hotel is located 350m from the train station and can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. From Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof take tram 11 (direction Zuckerwerdtstraße), 16 (direction Ginnheim) or 21 (direction Mönchhofstraße) and get off at the ‘Platz der Republik’ stop (journey lasts approx. 2 minutes).
