Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Juste pour info, je passe en moyenne entre 80 et 100 nuits dans les hotels B&B par an. Celui de Creil ne me reverra plus Arrivé à l'hotel vers 1H30 (donc pas de réceptionniste) Nuit blanche due au bruit de la ventilation pire qu'un rouleau compresseur (pour info, la ventilation s'arrete à 9H00 du matin pour les personnes qui travaillent la nuit) Malgré mes remarques et ma demande à la réceptionniste, aucune nouvelle du dirigeant. En résumé, on encaisse la chambre et pas grave si on perd le client, y en aura d'autres.

Deutlich Raum nach oben für Verbesserungen.

Unsere Erwartungen waren nicht hoch bei der Buchung und für eine Nacht nur zum Schlafen war es ok. Aber ein Lampe neben dem Bett, aus der blanke Kabel hängen, ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko.

Il manque la présence physique à l'accueil en nuits.

Je souhaite qu'il ait toujours une personne à l'accueil même si les bornes et l'assistance à distance existent. Ça aidera beaucoup de gens à éviter de faire une fil d"attente devant la borne ou le téléphone de l'assistance à distance.
