Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Décevante , dur dur ! Manque de soin et de bienveillance.

J'ai pris une chambre vers 20 heures, (j'ai tenté une douche désespérément froide !) car je travaillais de nuit dans la région, je suis rentré à 4h00, à 7h01 une personne de l'hotel est rentrée dans ma chambre... Réveillé, je suis allé prendre un petit dej, beaucoup de vaisselle sale, il faut bien choisir son couteau et sa cuillère! J'ai pris 2 cafés, le premier restaurant bien, le 2 eme imbuvable, un gout de produit d'entretien bien trop présent pour boire le café, retour dans ma chambre à 8h00, en espérant pouvoir refaire une petite sieste .. Perceuse et travaux dans la chambre voisine, avec l'impression que l'ouvrier est dans ma chambre ... Je suis parti après la douche ( chaude cette fois ) avec mes 3 heures de sommeil sur la route ! Dur dur !
