What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Malgré un accueil chaleureux, et de bonnes explications sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel. Le service laisse à désirer. Il est regrettable qu'une poubelle ne soit pas vidée tous les jours. Les serviettes de vraies torchons. Et pour couronner le tout le chauffage était baissé en journée à 16 degrés.

Mesdames, Vous avez eu la gentillesse de déposer votre avis et commentaires relatifs à votre séjour au B&B Hôtel Auray. Un grand merci, car vos commentaires nous sont précieux, ils sont sources d’amélioration perpétuelle. Vous nous avez demandé un tarif et nous vous avons proposé notre offre sans ménage. Nous informons bien nos clients qu'il n'y a pas de ménage durant le séjour mais que nous pouvons changer les draps de bain sur demande, il y a eu un malentendu sur ce point et je m'en excuse. N'hésitez pas à venir à la réception pour toute demande lors de votre prochain séjour. Concernant le chauffage, il est en position automatique avec des programmations de chauffe, c'est pourquoi durant la journée il chauffe entre 16 et 17 degré, mais chaque client a la possibilité de le mettre en position manuel et de pousser la chaleur qu'il souhaite avoir dans sa chambre. Nous vous remercions pour le compliment concernant l'accueil que notre équipe vous a réservé et espérons avoir l'opportunité de vous accueillir de nouveau dans l'espoir d'améliorer votre jugement sur notre hôtel.
