Un séjour parfait et une équipe aux petits soins !
J'ai passé un excellent séjour au B&B HOTEL Chalon-sur-Saône Sud et je le recommande sans aucune hésitation ! C'est une valeur sûre.
Dès mon arrivée, l'accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. L'équipe est souriante et se montre très disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions. La chambre était impeccable : d'une propreté irréprochable, avec une literie confortable qui m'a assuré un sommeil de qualité. Le calme de l'établissement est aussi un atout majeur.
Le petit-déjeuner était varié et copieux, avec des produits frais et de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts, un excellent moyen de commencer la journée. De plus, l'hôtel est très facile d'accès et le parking sécurisé est un vrai plus.
Un grand bravo et un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. On sent qu'ils ont à cœur le bien-être de leurs clients. C'est l'endroit idéal pour une étape ou un séjour plus long. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Franchement très satisfaisant
Alors moi personnellement très content je suis arrivé le mardi matin vers les coups de 9h j'étais malade exactement vu que j'arrivais de Megève en moto j'étais très malade elle m'a quand même mis directement une chambre exactement et franchement très content vu que la première nuit que je passais j'ai trempé mes draps par rapport à la transpiration évacuation totale de la fièvre que j'avais le lendemain elle m'a fait carrément changer les draps j'ai passé trois jours dans cet hôtel très bien où j'ai pu me reposer correctement plus me soigner exactement pour repartir le vendre du matin en pleine forme merci à l'hôtel complet

Discover and visit the city of Chalon-sur-Saône
The city, which was first mentioned by Julius Caesar in his The War of the Gauls, is ideally located on the Via Agrippa. After the establishment of a bishopric in the 5th century, Chalon experienced significant growth and hosted 12 councils between the 5th and the 13th centuries. The city of Chalon, which was repeatedly laid siege to, played an important role during the Wars of Religion.
The city transformed itself into a leading industrial centre in the 19th century, after the foundation of the Chantiers Le Petit Creusot and the creation of numerous workshops producing bricks, tiles, metal and glass objects. Chalon is divided into 29 neighbourhoods.
During your stay in Chalon, you can enjoy a stroll in the Jardin Géo-Botanique, the Saint-Nicolas Rose Garden, the Parc Georges Nouelle and the Square Chabas. You can also walk along the banks of the Saône or take a boat tour of the river.
A walk in the geobotanical garden
This garden, which is free and open year round, covers 1.3 hectares. It is home to 600 different species of natural and cultivated plants, and is a very pleasant setting for a walk.
A getaway in the Saint-Nicolas Rose Garden
The Saint-Nicolas Rose Garden, which is very popular with locals on sunny days, is a walkway lined with flowers. The park stretches along 5 hectares of the banks of the Saône and offers numerous activities such as walking, relaxing and sports (football, volleyball, baseball), which have designated spaces that are well removed from the footpaths. The numerous wooded areas are a peaceful setting, and visitors enjoy admiring the 600 varieties of roses on display.
The Parc Georges Nouvelle with children
More commonly known as the “Deer Park”, this is a convivial space that’s very popular with children, who can observe the ducks, chickens and sheep on the site. This garden is the perfect place for a picnic or a walk in the park.
A City of Art and History, Chalon is home to a rich heritage. Its half-timbered houses with small turrets make for picturesque cityscapes. During your stay you can also admire the magnificent Cathédrale Saint-Vincent, with its neo-Gothic facade. You can visit the Musée Nicéphore Niépce, dedicated to photography, or the Musée Vivant-Denon, which is home to fascinating collections of archaeological artifacts, decorative art objects and paintings from the 16th through the 20th centuries.
In February and March, the Carnival and its hullabaloo are the main event. In May Chalon-sur-Saône organises the Montgolfiades, which offer hot air balloon rides, musical activities, children’s activities and more. In July, the Festival Transnational des Artistes de la Rue and the Saônates d'Eté take over the city. Each August Ciné Sous les Etoiles offers open-air screenings of films. The Foire de Chalon takes place in late September/early October.
The year’s end is marked by the Paulée de la Côte Chalonnaise (October), the Festival des Soupes (November) and the Festivités de Noël (December).
