B&B Hotels São José dos Campos and B&B Hotels São Paulo Luz - Centro units won the Travellers' Choice award and became part of the select group of the 10% best hotels in the world, according to the Tripadvisor portal, for their excellent service and reviews of guests. The unit in São José dos Campos had already received the award in 2020/21 and 2022.
