Muy buena experiencia. He perdido una compra , con 2 pullovers blancos , y me es imposible hablar con el hotel. Me podrían llamar, e informar si está aún en el hotel??. Gracias

La amabilidad del personal súper. Llegamos directo del vuelo de las 5 am, el check in era a las 2 pm pero nos dieron la oportunidad de ingresar a la habitación ni bien llegamos porque la tenían disponible. Eso es empatía. Hubo disponibilidad de tomar café, frutas o zumo en el hotel en el momento que desees, las veces que quieras. Me encantó el hotel.

En general bien, atención estupenda, (cuidar al personal que lo vale), por lo que hace al mantenimiento decimos que quizás sea solo la habitación que estuvimos, pero nos dió la sensación de dejadez. No era, para nada, la habitacion que reservamos. El resto del Hotel muy bien

An excellent stay in the hotel. The room was very comfortable; the staff were great, very friendly, and helpful, and I particularly liked the coffee corner which was opened 24 hours a day.

During my recent trip to Madrid, I stayed at the B&B Hotel for one night and found it to be a fantastic choice. The location is truly unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the city centre and incredibly easy to reach via public transport. Upon arrival, I received a very warm welcome from the front desk staff, who was more than happy to have a friendly chat and make me feel at home. The room itself was well-proportioned and perfectly clean, with fresh towels and crisp sheets and 2 cartons of water(yes, carton) provided. Although the window wouldn't open, the room remained comfortable throughout my stay. A lovely additional touch was the common hall, where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, cookies, and water at any time. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and excellent value for such a central location.

From the airport
By Taxi:
- Take M-14 from Av de la Hispanidad (2 min 1,5 km)
- Continue on M-14. Take M-40 to Av. del Mediterráneo/A-3 (7 min 10,2 km)
- Take Paseo de la Infanta Isabel to Calle de Atocha (11 min 4,1 km)

By Metro:
- Take Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios
- Change to Line 10 and take it to Tribunal
- At Tribunal, change to Line 1 and take it to Sol station.
- Head west on Puerta del Sol toward Calle del Correo
- Continue onto Calle Mayor and turn left onto Calle de Esparteros
- Continue straight onto Plaza de Santa Cruz and turn left onto Calle de Atocha
By bus:
- Airport Express bus (24 hours) or Line 203 to Plaza de Cibeles
- From Plaza de Cibeles, walk 12 minutes down Calle Alcalá to Calle Sevilla
- Slight right onto Calle de la Cruz/Plaza de Canalejas and turn right onto Calle de Atocha.
From Chamartín station
By taxi
- Take M-30 Lateral and Calle O'Donnell towards Calle de Carlos y Guillermo Fernández Shaw.
- Take Av. del Mediterráneo, Paseo de la Reina Cristina and Paseo de la Infanta Isabel to Calle de Atocha.
By public transport
- Take Metro Line 1 to Sol
- You can also take the Cercanías-Renfe C4 Line (Alcobendas-Parla) to Sol
